Redevelopment - Home Equity Loan Program (HELP I)

On June 29, 2011, the State of California adopted legislation that prohibits the use of the funding source utilized for the Home Equity Loan Program (HELP I). In response to this action, the City of Cypress must suspend HELP I Program application intake and processing pending resolution of the funding issues imposed by this legislation.
